Brands must pay the stated fee to unlock creator profiles. All payments are final and non-refundable.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including scraping data, contacting creators for spam, or misrepresenting your identity.

5. Creator Listings
We do not guarantee the availability, responsiveness, or performance of any listed creator. Creators are not employees or representatives of TorontoCreator.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the site is owned by TorontoCreator unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms without notice or refund.

8. Disclaimers
Our platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or results from using the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site.
